Goddess Awakening Retreat
I am thrilled to share that I will co-facilitate a Goddess Awakening Retreat in
Playa El Coco, Nicaragua,
Lead by my dear friend Michelle Fleming you will come away from this week rewed and reconnected with your inner mystic.
The retreat will include yoga, breath work, sound healing, ecstatic dance, Thai Massage, and much more. A transformational journey to reawaken the sacred feminine within, you will have the opportunity to go deep, delving into your divine nature and uncovering the Goddess within.
There will be ample time to relax by the pool, walk the pristine beach or play in the sea, just steps from your room. You will come away from this week refreshed, renewed, and empowered.

Monthly Dream Group 
Third Tuesday of the Month over Zoom 7:30-9 PM (ET) $15 (paused in June 2023)
Symbols are everywhere, in both our waking and dreaming lives. In this Dreamwork group, we will explore your dreams and the messages contained within. Rather than being a class that focuses on dream theory, we will unpack and investigate your dreams themselves. We will explore what they are trying to tell you and how understanding this symbolism can lead to new insights about yourself and the life you are living.
To facilitate your understanding, we will use group exercises in a virtual gathering to deconstruct participants’ dreams. Although it is encouraged, you are not required to share your dreams. The primary approach to dream interpretation we will be using will look at how someone else’s dream applies to each of our lives. So, even if you choose not to share your own dream, you will get something out of the call. Dreamwork can be quite illuminating, and I look forward to connecting with each of you as we sojourn through the Dreamtime. Please contact me with any questions or to register.
