Orthopedic Yoga & Moon Meditation Workshop
The Soul Barn, Serenbe, GA, October 24, 2024, 6-9 pm Reciprocity: $65
We will start the evening with Michelle Fleming’s Orthopedic Yoga Therapy for the Lower Back and Hips. This workshop will use precise fascial release techniques to open tight tissue and adhesions, combined with therapeutic flow and corrective exercises to strengthen weak areas. This workshop is designed to relieve pain and tension and give you a simple yet highly effective practice to restore optimal structural balance. The class will end with a guided meditation led by Serenbe’s resident Astrologer, Dr. Laura Tadd, on the Moon and self-care.

In addition to providing attendees with astrological information, they learn tools and experiential activities to navigate the astrological events discussed.
