The retreat will include yoga, breathwork, sound healing, embodied astrology, and much more. A transformational journey to reawaken the sacred feminine within, you will have the opportunity to go deep, delving into your divine nature and uncovering the Goddess within.
There will be ample time to relax by the pool, walk the pristine beach or play in the sea, just steps from your room. You will come away from this week refreshed, renewed, and empowered.

Applying an astrological perspective to understanding the interpersonal relationships within a family is helpful and healing for people at all levels of astrological knowledge. In addition to looking at the synastry between family members, we often see astrological patterns within a family. This patterning speaks to a family karmic story, similar personalities, and repeated interpersonal dynamics. Additionally, at times, there are family members who are outliers. They break from the patterns found among other members and may struggle to feel like they belong within their family unit. Thus, they need unique support to feel seen. In both cases, looking at astrology within the context of a family unit provides profound insight and healing.

Here Comes the Sun: The Spring Equinox and Setting Intentions

Please join Serenbe’s resident Astrologer, Dr. Laura Tadd, and discover the meaning of the Spring Equinox. Unlike the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year, day and night are split equally on the Equinox. Understood as spring’s first day here in the Northern Hemisphere, this Equinox is also the beginning of the astrological year – the first day of Aries and has been known as International Astrology Day since 1993.
Come learn how this time applies to you, regardless of your sign. We will also explore the meaning of this time as understood in mythologies in different parts of the world. You will discover tools and activities you can do to take advantage of this period of balance and new beginnings. You will come away inspired as you go forward into the ever-increasing daylight.
Meditation chairs and blankets will be provided.
Feel free to bring water and a journal + pen to take notes.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find your seat, use the restroom, and settle in before we begin promptly at 6:15 pm.
FYI:
We’ve transformed the loft into a warm and inviting space with heaters, blankets, and meditation chairs to keep you comfortable. However, it’s still technically open-air, so we encourage you to dress accordingly when attending events in the loft.
